The item's shipping was excellent, arriving earlier than expected and in great condition. The delivery process was handled professionally by the individuals involved. After unpacking, we found that everything was perfectly packaged. Once we plugged it in, the fireplace worked perfectly. I don't have a photo to share at the moment, as the installation will take some time, but I will provide an update later. I must mention that this fireplace is visually stunning, and I'm excited to see it set up.

Awesome addition to our family room

We shopped for a realistic electric fireplace for a couple months before beginning our basement project. We found that there are many units out there but very few with the lifelike flames and crackling noise like the Litedeer Lattitude II. Once installed we fell in love with the realistic look and the sound it puts out. The many different color combinations are awesome to play with and the remote makes it easy to switch between. The heat has two settings and the blower it very quiet. We are looking forward to finishing our project and enjoying the fireplace in our new living space.
Joyce at Litedeer was very helpful throughout as I had a couple questions on the installation.
